CLAW Business Strategy 2009

Major changes and initiatives have been introduced by the Welsh Assembly Government over the past few years and CLAW wishes to assist member authorities to respond to these challenges, whilst aspiring to be at the heart of the discussions with the Assembly in relation to issues affecting property management.

This Business Strategy document has been prepared following a Review of the work undertaken by the Consortium in order that CLAW is best placed to deliver results that member authorities require.
